WSI Retained by Tom Needham Insurance for a New Website and SEO Implementation

Tom Needham Insurance has been offering better prices and the best in service in North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina for 18 years.  As an independent insurance agency, they shop many of the top insurance companies in the United States and find the perfect plan for each person or company represented. 

Recently Tom Needham Insurance partnered with WSI to provide a responsive website, on-page search engine optimization and local SEO.  This investment in their online capabilities will enhance their level of customer service, making a dedicated effort to be found on any device and across multiple channels.  This also gave their customers the ability to provide all their information and get rapid quotes online over a secure, trusted site.

After the initial keyword research was completed, additional pages, plus a blog, were added to their site for a better user experience and proper optimization.  WSI also assisted with relevant content and optimized copywriting.  In two months, seven new pages are being shown on page one of search results.  Three examples are found below:

Expanding The Medical Coding Business with WSI’s help

Professional Dynamic Network, a medical coding company located in Chicago, IL providing medical coding services nationwide, recently made the decision to refocus their business towards medical coding rather than medical coder staffing.

The biggest challenge for this project has been to transform a site mainly targeted for those looking for employment or staffing, and “re-target” it for those looking to outsource medical coding. This is a completely different buyer’s persona, and audience target.

Our strategy was built on

  • micro-focus on promoting just a few pages
  • removing all content targeting the unwanted traffic
  • writing new content and distributing that content
  • correcting citations we found that referenced staffing and employment

While maintaining the company branding, we have made great strides in getting Google’s attention for medical coding rather than medical coder staffing and employment. It has not been an easy task, and we would not suggest any company drastically refocus, however, we are proving that completely changing your target audience can be done.

The Conco Companies Retain WSI for a Third Year of Comprehensive Digital Marketing Services

The Conco Companies are one of the USA’s largest commercial concrete contractors, and holders of the Guinness World Book of Records record for the largest continuous concrete mat pour, on the Wilshire Grand in LA scheduled to be completed in 2017.

WSI and Conco have just agreed to strengthen a mutually beneficial partnership that has dramatically improved Conco’s online presence and lead generation. The Main Street Gateway Project in Bellevue Washington. The Conco Companies provided the structural concrete package this mixed-use project. This includes the pumping, place and finish, shotcrete, and formwork along with supplying the reinforcement.

The Kinects Tower in Seattle Washington. This is a new mixed-use 41-story high-rise currently under construction.  Once complete the tower will consist of 356 multi-family units varying from traditional studios to luxury penthouse suites located on the top two floors as well as 4,658 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground level. Conco’s is constructing four levels of below grade parking and five levels above to provide the building with 316 parking stalls.

LuXe -1650 Broadway Street, San Francisco.  This project is a 34-unit condominium Conco is providing all of the concrete pumping and reinforcement services. In addition Conco is constructing two floors below ground that will contain 49 parking spaces for residents.

1650 Wewatta, Denver, Colorado.  Conco was awarded a concrete contract by Holland Partners for a 21-story luxury apartment building next to the historic Union Station in downtown Denver. The building will include 288 apartment units, 260 parking spaces, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail space.

DoGoneFun! Gets Help From WSI To Recover From Kennel Cough

DoGoneFun! located in Chicago, Il was badly affected by the recent kennel cough outbreak.  Having to close their dog boarding facility as well as not taking any dogs for daycare drastically reduced revenue for this small local business.

With a micro focus on building their dog boarding business, WSI has implemented an online reservation system, written content based on factual information about the risks associated with boarding a dog as well as built site pages around boarding to better educated the public about the service that DoGoneFun! provides.

In the 3 months WSI has worked on this campaign, we have seen spectacular upticks for local search results for this client. With syndication of content, concentrated, quality link building and clear, concise focus we believe we are helping our client recover from a drastic drop in business revenue.
